Tom co-founded the The Griffin Group with Keaton after over a decade of work in Florida politics. Prior to his career in government affairs, Tom worked for Senator Rob Bradley from Fleming Island.  Before working for the Florida Legislature, Tom managed campaigns and fundraising efforts for political races throughout the state. For the last 10 years Tom has represented clients in criminal justice, healthcare, cannabis, education, child welfare, information technology, local government, and economic development. Tom grew up in Washington D.C, and attended New York University and Florida State University.
